Real Ale Festival
We held our first Real Ale Festival in 2005. Since then it has gone from strength to strength and is now an April fixture at Syston Community Centre. There are usually over twenty real ales and cider to choose from together with other refreshments. Over the years several thousand pounds has been raised for charitable causes. Organiser Fred Sleath and his fellow Wreake Valley Rotarians are very grateful to all those who help us including members of Inner Wheel, festival sponsors and of course our loyal customers! Look out for posters and signs promoting the Festival every year. Our Seventh Festival was in April in 2011.
